ok i joined it ab (i wanted to see the new site style anyways)and the submit button didnt work for me...i had to click the link to tickets club on the cc page and get in through there just thought you should know...later

I just went through the process of trying to join nnemily.com as a person who wanted to pay by phone... I think the confusion may lie with the payment method screen that verotel shows. It shows a box at the bottom :
Payment method

How would you like to pay?
Credit card Online check

It doesn't show a choice for paying by phone. Above there is an icon that says Want to Pay anonymously? Click Here and it has a pic of a phone.. That is how you get into the pay by phone and the page came up fine for me telling me what phone number to call and all the instructions.. So missing that icon is the only thing I can think that was going on.. Unless their was a server glitch at the time you were trying?.

1900 might be for europe only

there are two 1-900's.. one for Europe and one for the USA...

The one for Europe only is only for:
Belgium
Luxemburg
Germany
Austria
Switzerland
Spain
Netherlands

The USA one is for anyone in the USA.

As you pointed out to me.. The only way either of them would show up is if they chose that specific country... But as mentioned in my prior post, chances are I think the link is being missed because it isn't in the choice part at the bottom when you attempt to join.

I joined Jenni so get Emily as well. There has been no updates since 14 August and my Jenni subscription ends tomorrow so it's not particularly funny. If there is an automated update process that has stalled perhaps you can fix and give me a few more days?
