cam trouble

Ever since Vicki's cam was down I've been unable to get the java streaming cam. I'm not even sure it's working at all. I reboot, refresh, even tried from a different PC, and have not been able to get the java streaming cam to work. Is something up? Is there something I should do first to get the streaming cam? It always worked before.
